I was in MYER's Parramatta store last weekend. Not only was it packed out and a long que to purchase but many products were in fact SOLD OUT both in store and online. Now that is absolutely incredible.
Meanwhile, El-Cheepo store Kogan is trading on a PE to 190 vs MYER's PE of just 7. No wonder why Kogan's directors recently sold large chunks at $7. What an absolute unreasonable joke this comparison is, I wouldn't be surprised if Kogan directors who recently sold out at $7 will use that money to buy MYR shares now and double up. Watch out for the rotation out of KGN style stocks (which has already began) into MYR, the upward price correction could be hard and fast.
