Was in Chatswood NSW store over the weekend. Very very busy. Got talking to a Myer staff member who said that all managers (including Store Managers) have been instructed to spend more time on floor serving and speaking with customers and less time in their offices.
I think the culture is about to change under King. Great to read that Lew is onside.
