Akki so what do you think of the actual progress now? Most often you point out the management and lack of deals but do you see anything in the updates or what they claim to be able to do that impresses or disappoints you? From what i can see your previous comments on toxicity and also information on the actual mode of action in penetrating the cells seem to be what others are interested in?? Surely in vivo should indicate at least if we have an advantage over viral vectors or lipid nanoparticles which many seem to call the current primary penetration methods at least for crispr. Not sure, does in vivo give a true representation of how our system performs with a live immune system, or is it still limited in what it shows. Seems immune system response along with toxicity are huge??
