Thanks for that I wasn't aware of Defibrotide but I do recall hearing about Tegsedi recently.
It could definitely put PYC in a neat position if they are able to show they can improve delivery of ASO's as really the few approved treatments are for rare diseases without other options and none yet in for example oncology or places with competing options of other treatments / drugs.
PYC always in the tough space - MYC for example now ASO's - they probably only need to hit something once and commercialise to make it worthwhile but it's just about actually hitting it and finding somebody that wants to pay for it.
