You may be right in most of what you have written, but there was no "Diggers and driller presentation". Try Diggers and Dealers presentation. There is a tipsheet by the name of DnD (as it is referred often on HC).
The big seller is still there, but the presentation this week seems to have made an impact. Hopefully the presentation later this month at the Africa Downunder conference will result in an even bigger impact and all the selling by the large holder/s gets soaked up at higher prices.
50 cents plus by the end of the month looks like a strong possibility.
