My "guestimate" is based on the attached diagram from a presentation.
The line for Harvest Ponds shows that at date marked as TODAY Li inventory in final ponds was about 650 tonnes while Targeted Inventories were at 1200 tonnes.
Assuming a constant level of ponds and constant flow rate through the ponds it follows that Li inventory is proportional to an average Li concentration, which therefore was about half of what it was targeted.
Note that when they started with increased production on about 2/4/16 inventory was initially at 1200 tonnes by but that was gradually depleted because evaporation ponds could not cope. Admittedly lots of assumptions and guesses which may or may not be correct.
