Yep. I think it will be an accelerant of a trend (unit economic costs --> move to in house), though more focussed on SME when/if it happens.
Enterprise customers would already be taking these risks into account when making decisions for the future. COVID has, at least in my experience, really emphasises the importance of robust business continuity. Taking control of your own last mile allows a much better control of these types of risks, and as delivery becomes a bigger part of business models this will only become more important.
Trends look to be remaining on our side, regardless of if recent revenue success thus far is acquired or organic.
