    ...damned if you do and damned if you don't...they had an obligation to announce ASAP...

    .... onus is on the investors to assess the risk of these announcements based on prospectus risk assertions....

    But, I agree that some of the announcements were 'deemed PR'...intent as a sales pitch for potential customers ...not that factual... more about the potential...but that risk is luckily mitigated in the prospectus....all about uptake in the end....dependencies....page 43..
