Do you guys think it matters in the long run if Joel and/or Bane lose and are potentially banned as directors?
Presumably the Board has been sensible and put in place some sort of contingency plan if it all goes against them? And they’ve had quite a few years now to establish the core business. Have to keep in mind that many, many businesses eventually lose their founders/original CEO and thrive. These guys aren’t exactly Elon Musks...
Interested in views on this. Think it’s well known I’m an antagonist with respect to the ASIC case and CA - but ultimately (and unfortunately for me) I expect we either lose the CA or if we win it pays out micro cents in the dollar. I think the higher probability scenario is adverse outcome in the ASIC case (not 100% but obviously non zero chance).
