that is a big rumble. Big tech starts in the garage but in NET's caser they are listed and bleeding money. NET simply can no longer afford commercial rent. I wonder how the rent is split between the CEO (who lives there), the CEO's failed funds management company SCM and NET who both have 65 Stanley Street as their place of business?
