I swear some Righties actually hate the natural environment. It's not just that they don't want to pay a cent to try to rein in humanity's most rapacious impulses in terms of land clearing, deforestation etc. They actually want to go faster than the already breakneck speed of species extinction humans are causing, and go out and actively hunt down what's left.
For some people Rightism seems to be more a personality disorder than a political ideology.
