Yes, could be an interesting few weeks/months ahead for DIG.

Someone obviously has word that the merger will go ahead or has spoken to the company about it's prospects over the next year or two - and is slowly building a stake.

I really hope the merger does go ahead - that will make DIG a big player in the digital advertising market in Asia Pacific. I'm also interested to find out how profitable the 3 or 4 companies are that DIG intend to merge with - we haven't had hardly any info about them at all.
