Once the RADI is approved NOV should have no problem to attract new investors for their subsidiary NBHC (Novatti bank company holding ) the last lot invested 18M too early and they had to withdraw becauce of Covid and APRA postponing new licences until March 21 , now investors want to make sure the RADI is approved before they invest , with the interest Neo banks have at the moment it should be easy. IMO
