Worth a close watch in coming days IMO.

Keep an eye out for volume coming into this on the buy side. There are no real buyers or sellers at the moment with volume visibly trailing off in recent weeks.

The SP is pinned between some very large lines of props and caps which have been there for weeks. If the buying starts again, they will get taken out in a flash. Possibly a major shareholder has put these in place deliberately for price stability.

Now that MDT/CER/TSO have taken off, this is the one of the most discounted REITS, balance sheet to market cap. It would be nice to have the banks cut us an overdue lifeline on the covenants, and is probably the only thing that is holding this back. Certainly it is ovedue. Do they intend to bankrupt it despite clear moves to sell assets and pay down debt? It would be a hard pill for the market to swallow given recent statements by Bernanke that the US is digging itself out of the hole.

This is my most undervalued stock pick for coming weeks, and appears to still be trading at the distressed sentiment concomitant with the market bottom.

Who knows, with some good news from the banking covenant side, this could 'close the gap' to 40c in a hurry.
