the time is *almost* now, page-40

I am out at 30c. I like the assets and think there is a very good chance for a further re-rate, but my recent experience with ING Real Estate Investment Management has shaken my confidence in ING so I am now on the sidelines until something tangible happens.

It seems these ING related stocks trade on rumours that ultimately prove well founded for weeks before announcements are made. Unfortunately, sitting at home, I am not close to the source of these rumours so I am likely to be burnt in the long run.
