    Too right darryle, speculators moving in anticipating pre spud rise? Plenty of gamblers in Aus to back that ideology. I've read it's quite an issue, 180 000 people (estimated of course) addicted if I remember correctly.
    50-70% chance to double-triple or more your money in a few months seems pretty attractive.

    Btw GO, at what point has a minow had a farmin with a larger company rejected by the authorities? Doesn't pose a threat to national security or sovereignty? In fact it would be acting against the nations best interests to block such deals. I'm not aware of any examples, care to share your experience?
    Or is this simply just another "TIA"? In which case investing in any stock with interests in Africa carries this same risk.

    Serious question though, has it happened before? Specifically in Oil & Gas, preferably in Senegal and GB, between a large explorer and minow?

    Definitely sounds like a TIA to me, pretty unquantifiable risk in my opinion.
