    yea i dont say it is a sure thing but it is something you can put your money on looking at the results so far.If you are so unsure of any results and bad surprises then you wouldnt want to buy until AFTER the deal has been made or even after the money has been received in which case the stock price will be a lot higher and those will no longer be such uncertainties.
