I can't help wonder if the reason we have gone for the eye is we are still finding it difficult to achieve any kind of cell specific penetration. hopefully there are interested groups but the reason i wonder if we are still trying to drum up interest is maybe the change to eye was not because of expressed interest but because it again reduced the amount of cells exposed to any systemic injection of cpp. Imyc field went from tumors to blood because of same concerns i believe. I am assuming that when they talk about systemic injection now they are talking about directly into eye and not into the blood so it finds its way to the eye.
