I guess positive is it seems to be breaking out of the downtrend from mid 2017 peak. Negative is it still looks like someone is trying to draw their own chart, no real volume, but enough to keep it interesting. All we need is a few rumours and fomo might take over.
The eye certainly seems to finally be a target we can maybe get some significant and possibly commercial results with using current fpp so hopefully something is really happening.
