If Justin Haines has departed I would say that the PCD has been decommissioned. Good pick up Legman.
There is no point keeping him around to drill holes for the sake it. We have entered a different phase now - commercial funding, joint ventures and offtakes.
No doubt he will be back when the project is firing on all cylinders. A big well done from all shareholders.
