I'm not familiar with the ASX responsible person corporate context you mention so will read up before responding to this point. I'm more than willing however to address your second point re LCK now owning the IP they need. Do they? Was this IP for sale? (ASX ANN?) Can you provide information source references please? I'm pretty sure all concerned holders and interested parties "give a sh#t".
