The numbers do speak for themselves, so rather than conclude that the LIT BOD are oblivious to this, I prefer look for some other explanation. Perhaps they believe there is some news in the pipeline that will substantially lift LIT's prospects and SP thereby reversing what the numbers say.
News items could inlude, a very good report by CPC Engineering on the design and costing of the Large Scale Pilot Plant, very good overseas location for the plant (already claimed), granting of the SiLeach international patent, buy in by a major company, progress on its current JVs, new JV, .....
They can wait as long as it takes if their conviction is strong emough.
