Sounds to cheap to me as from what I see in a quick search , 3-4 bed homes in Robina are selling for 450 plus .
Lots of dearer properties and lots of townhouses as well .
If u think it is cheap lob some offers .
I don't know the area but many of the houses I viewed on the net looked ok but not cheap .
