    yes malaga. Ths is the usual first signs of a flattening market followed by an expected, an usual long period of gradual decline (esp if interest rates increase). We have seen it all before.

    I sold a property in Sydney last Nov and was killed in the rush. Since then it may be worth a little more. This cannot continue.

    Living in Perth, I can see that the apartment market is oversupplied and repeat ads becoming the norm (40 % sold!).

    My close, honest agent friends, suspect that the market will dfinitely soften from here on in.
