Er, they have convinced the majority in almost every country surveyed (including Australia). That a shrinking minority refuse to accept the evidence on AGW is unfortunately inevitable, just as it is with vaccinations and smoking. Given enough time, that minority of AGW deniers will hopefully reach the same fringe proportion as the other two. Remember that industry lobby groups tried hard to discredit the science on smoking, just as is occurring with AGW now.
