Just found out the tragic news that one of my friends has committed suicide. He was a curreny trader and I know he was struggling lately due to how tough the market has been.
Speaking to friends today we've all been saying...."why didn't he reach out"......"its only money", etc etc. Its such a waste as he was only in his mid thirties, a great guy and had a beautiful girlfriend whose life has also been torn apart.
So I guess the reason for my post is that if you're feeling down about your losses please make sure you communicate with your friends/family and take advantage of their help and support. Things will improve in time and there will be plenty of happier times in the future.
