As it appears Backreef have no funds to fight they will need BRU and BRU to fund them from my view. Would BRU fund a loosing fight for someone else?
I think the game is being played and the winner will be the one who is correct at Law!
Sounds like that is all leaning towards OBL.
So if that is the case I do not expect big legal bills I expect that Backreef will be trying to fix the problems they have with the OBL MOU's and any possible recourse from BRU that may result in Backreef not being able to perform on the contact agreement with BRU. So only one party it seems that also from what is being said has not paid their contributions for funding matters to this point either on Derby to OBL either.
I too would like a clear picture but that could be sometime off or not. What is clear to me OBL are not afraid.

No volume today so I guess everyone is still trying to work out which way things will go. My bet is with OBL.

Yes my bet has always been OBL due to the management team and the Derby block. How much can we hold onto is the only question. If we are to be taken over the price will be far higher than the share price is at present because of OXX, management and top 20 shareholders are now well in control and it seems they are sticking solid.

I do appreciate your concerns for OBL and it's shareholders but I doubt we will need your help.
