    Hi CI
    Been there

There is simply no control over the homes
    Example
My mother was in a home 84 residents = one nurse and two trainees on duty of a nighttime. To attend to a resident it was required that two did the duty IE 84 people all whom had to go to the toilet at least once per night and had to have two nurses to attend, --- do the maths it is impossible to do, so people struggle by themselves and fall over breaking bones etc and passing away

The government system spends twice as much as necessary by refusing to allocate the money direct to the family
They have created a new industry and lots of new workers who do nothing and the taxpayer funds the new industry to the detriment of the people

BIG profits made by business for which there is no proper control as bureaucrats do not move from their office chair

More money will not fix the problem but just provide even bigger profits
Many places do not even have their own kitchens, but rely on food shipped in by the barrel load, which is reheated and doled out prison style

As usual the RC did very little as it was controlled by guess who the bureaucrats
We need Random selection residents juries to watch over the government and it's departments

It has been proved that any self governing of an industry is a failure

The public had a chance to send the government a message and failed miserably
