    imo, Yes

    on 8/1/18, sp penetrated through the yearly moving average upwards
    on 10/1/18, confirmed it
    some retailers may be bottom out, including JBH, VTG, ADH & so on
    For myself, I started to cumulate VTG today
    some may still watch it until >$2, but 10% would be gone
