hi dave --i see no stock held---so i assume you are waiting for a crash before you dive in and secure a bargain?
well i guess you can do that---on the other hand you could be eying off some quality properties now and if a good one comes up ---one you have driven past and admired over the last 20 yrs you could buy it--

i suspect a few posters on here are waiting for someone to tap them on the shoulder
