Actually I think I have misunderstood your post on a second read. I think you were getting at the fact that U stocks will go for a run if labor change their policy and therefore take the gloss away from BLR......
Possibly but short lived.
I think everything about the decisions to be made is already made and that those stocks have already run - PNN, CUY, ARU, etc
