IMC may have started to buy under creep provisions.
IMC signed a confidentiality agreement in order to undertake due diligence for the refinance deal.
Presumably there would be/have been a sunset clause, and it may have been set as the date of the AGM.
Pure speculation on my part: 1+1=3?
