PRL 21 is one of our most exciting developments with Tingu and Elevala containing gross contingent 2C resources of 689 bcf of gas and 35 mmbbl of condensate. However, as with other assets we are dependent on others to make significant regional discoveries in order to reach commercial critical mass. Kina Petroleum (KPL) has been reprocessing nearby PPL 435, 436 and 437 seismic data and airborne gravity and aeromagnetic data and has now high graded some very large gas targets. Kina is confident these will be drilled under farm out packages in place. Horizon has a box seat in the Western Province which is the largest and least explored petroleum rich area in Australasia. The future prospects for commercialisation are very positive.
