Humidity does not equal clouds. On a cool morning after a hot, humid day you will have dew dripping off your car and roof [thats 100% humidity], but not a cloud in the sky.
I don't KNOW the science but water-vapor needs a catalyst to form cloud. That COULD be particles injected via cloud seeding [chemtrails anyone?], but over the ages it has been less controversial. Ionising with sunspots a big part of that.
Scoff at those who point to sunspots as a contributor to GW at your peril.
