The issue here is one of nomenclature. It seems the Canucks call an Offtake Agreement one where financing is included whereas us Aussies know only too well that if you include finance its called an Offtake Financing Agreement. No need for Flinders to get their nickers in a knot and run to the regulators, just gotta call an apple an apple and we all will know what's going on. OFA's were very much the flavour of the month about 4 or 5 years ago and there are still a few around but in Oz an OA is just a sales contract as you pointed out.
