As to Triton TON well the 100kt is Trading House but the Chinese PRIVATE Company suggests Single End User. I'm finding it hard to figure How Private Companies connect to the SOE driven Chinese Economy. Especially when they're NOT 'cottage industry" but apparently Major Dragon Players in Graphite OFFtaking 100kts/ $100mil Minimum for 20 years for purportedly Only their own In House Use.
The SOE OffTakes have exclusive China Distribution Agency Rights. I thought that some of these KT's could be for the Proposed China Graphite Spot Market. SOE's as Trading Houses

especially that AMG/GK too is well known in Europe for Insulation. Have AMG/YXCC cross swapped Patents? Are they planning Joint Venture Factories outside of China " Surely we'll soon be seeing some news, facts, industry commentary on these END USERS to back TON's production plans. Commercial Confidentiality and redoing Web sites just don't cut it.

My main takeaway from his post/research was the definite Requirement that Off Takes were ROCK Solid no ifs and buts easy get out of it clauses but Sealed in Blood or at least "Appropriate" Financial Security.
TON's up for a DFS end of 2015. YXCC 'credibility' will be sorted then and MNS is on for a DFS too so there Offtakes will be confirmed too.
