I stand corrected and I apologise!

I do understand your frustration with your original post - in this instance you could do well to send an email to the author (send him some detail) and ask him "why wasn't BRL included in the article?"... It might at least put the company on his radar as one to recall when things improve.

No one should expect current mgmt to change their ways. It is simply unrealistic. However I do expect mgmt to add someone with comms skills to the team. There are a dozen moments of truth any one of us could improve overnight.
