''“Australian democracy will survive Trump. But the alliance with America may not. As long as Trump is within reach of the presidency in 2024, this question is a clear and present danger to Australia and its future.”

hmmmm, every alliance with the USA is in doubt IF Trump becomes President

the USA itself is at risk with Trump as President again.

I would think that the Rudd/Trump issue is so far down the page of issues that it's barely worth a mention

we would have heard none of this if the idiot Farage hadn't brought it up

so, why would Farage have attempted to bring this to the front burner?

Farage self interest - no more, no less.

Donny got used again --------------- didn't even know who Rudd was - still doesn't at a guess.

I think Kevin is way down the list on people who Donny will have the hate squad and revenge squads out after if he wins ---------- and that's a big if.

If, however, the good folk of America are so so stupid as to allow Donald to get as far as being on the ticket - and get even stupider and vote him in ------------ AND if the Rudd thing becomes a problem ---------- meaning that the relationship with Oz is strained because of a personal relationship issue between demented Don and Kevin -

    then, replace Rudd

Donald will only be there max 4 years ------ if he's there for longer - everyone would have withdrawn all ambassadors anyway and the US will be in flames
