I actually had a half hour phone conversation with Rod Sala at 2:15 Est.
Shareholders have nothing to worry about as the USA company is just a pump and dump attempt to ride on the back of LUM.
The company (LUM) has a very low cash burn rate and even if it did not produce one sign it would survive for 2 years.
I bet they install plenty of signs all over the World.
The technology is Patented in 32 countries.
If I was a broker I would put a strong buy recommendation on LUM.
