Benway's allegation is totally wrong:
1. psy and uwa did not enter five-year agreement in jan 2014. they entered the original agreement in oct 2011. in jan 2014 they extended the agreement for another five years. from psy's jan 2014 announcement: "The initial licence agreement related to this MEMS technology was first entered into in October 2011".
2. "The natural question is then how much Panorama paid for this priceless licensing agreement? If UWA did not receive fair compensation for this invaluable licensing agreement, but rather gave it to a related party at lower than its market value, then UWA officials are guilty of fraud."
the truth is "Our partnership with UWA has been built over more than a decade and as such, a strong and effective working relationship has been established." (from jan 2014 psy's annoucement)
