Benway has bagged many companies plus ASX and ASIC in his blog yet I can't find record of any libel actions taken against him/whoever. SURELY there would be something on record if even SOME of his claims were true (he'd be praised as a whistleblower) or false (he'd have his ass sued off) and I can't imagine either all of the companies and CEO's or ASX and ASIC letting his allegations go through to the keeper. If they're the facts by process of elimination, maybe we're left with the truth (S. Holmes) and he might just be regarded as a crackpot?
