The problem with telstra....... Sure I agree tls may have better coverage in certain areas however with poor customer service and ridiculous pricing its a recipe for disaster. I personally have been with telstra, optus and now vodafone and honestly did not find any difference in Brisbane with either telstra or optus.
By prompting a better coverage and service and charging triple the cost does not work in this society. Due to employment and GFC concerns most people want a better deal and a better price, and telstra offers neither. Hence the share price. Their business model is flawed and everyone involved is pouring water over a drowning empire. . FUTURE FUND IS NOT STUPID SELL SELL SELL SELL.
