Yes it was an extremely disturbing and factual read.

So far to date we have had 500 million shares issued over the last 12 months.

We have another 78 million released this week from escrow to be sold into the market plus 140 million options to be exercised before the end of the year plus another 200 million escrow shares yet to be released plus another cap raising before October for at least a minimum $3 million as Thred's cash burn rapidly increases which would mean another 300 million shares from the cap raise will be dumped all before the end of the year and rampers here think the share price will sky rocket?? I would suggest another 700 million shares sold into the market will destroy any shareholder value and make Thred the most diluted stock on the ASX over the shortest period of time.

Imagine how hard it will be to get even a 1 pip rise before the end of the year with the massive amount of new shares to be dumped.

Scary part is this all real
