No. There is no capitulation. The CDC's position that vaccines do not cause autism remains unchanged.
What we have here is Bigtree trumpeting a change to a page heading as some major success brought about by him when the substance is wholly unchanged. As per usual for he and his ilk, he has crafted a narrative to convince his readers/supporters to keep on visiting his website and to keep those donations coming. And his fertilizer appears to keep his field pretty fertile when it comes to convincing people to pay which no doubt secures him a damned good living.
