and agreed, they cant get their head around the fact these companies design clinical trials and products to make money for their shareholders. Healthy people are not gonna help them make money. Having received billions of $$ in fines for bribing healthcare professionals and falsifying data adds to the scenario these people do not have your health in their interest.

You would expect a certain level of comprehension of their business model on an investors forum like HC
