Natural immunity and vaccine-induced immunity are not distinctly different.
    The delivery mechanism is different.
The presence of adjuvants and stabilisers is different.
The basic way that the immune system interacts with a foreign substance is not different.

    Lets examine this statement:
"even 100% vaccination compliance can at best make only a quarter of the population become resistant to infection for more than ten years."
So what are the figures like after 3 years/ 5 years/ 7 years.
So up to 10 years herd immunity has efficacy.
This is why booster shots are part of the program.
In the intervening period, upto 10 years, people are much less likely to get sick.

Again you don't seem to appreciate what you're talking about.
"to comment on the fact that an individual can have high levels of antibody and may not be immune, whilst others with no detectable levels can be immune.” Dr Clements replied “You are right to say there is not a precise relationship between seroresponse (production of antibodies) and protection…immunity can be demonstrated in individuals with very low or no detectable levels of anitbody.”

Have you heard of cell-mediated immunity for virally infected cells.
Are you aware that a virus often binds to a receptor on the cell surface which induces it to undergo endocytosis. A person lacking the appropriate receptor, due to their genetics, may have a greater natural immunity then another.
There can be many ways to account for the different antibody titre.
There are many cells in the immune system and many chemicals that interact.
Vaccination works. The evidence is compelling eg Polio
