I suspect you don't have children, but what if that little fluffy dog is yours and someone told you it had to go, because it uses up too many points on the "smart" carbon scale or whatever they will call it.

It's a hefty document, but the "masters" pulling the strings have some serious consequences for the great majority of the world in this document. 10 to 15% reduction of world population? More likely, there will be some very serious culling to leave 10 to 15 %..... ??
