I don’t want to reduce population as you hint but population cannot keep increasing as it is. How would I feel if my family etc died prematurely, bloody awful. I feel the same when looking at the poor, starving and impoverished but like most I choose to not look too hard, the times I do I feel helpless and depressed. Selfish that may seem but I am here to express the truths I feel.
Population needs to plateau. Resources are finite as per current understanding. So we either outgrow the resources / livable climatic areas or consequences will become apparent and one would think that will not be pretty.
This is a discussion forum, excuse me if some posts are controversial but without such, our heads are firmly buried in the sand.
