Not looked at those graphs. Regardless of the reliability of the information it would make sense that an improvement in diet, water and hygene would make the biggest difference. Of course it will not eliminate all hence we still have the transmission of colds etc. Fortunately most vaccinated diseases are rare in countries with decent uptake.
