The supposed "contents" of vaccines are to cover themselves legally. In reality there MAY only be fragments of particles left after processing. All thing being equal, every attempt IS made to keep potentially adverse reactive fragments out of the vaccine altogether. Similar principles to blood products infusions (FFP, platelets, whole blood, Factor VIII, etc), and there is only a minor risk of them causing issues these days. (I've seen maybe 2 major transfusion reactions and less than a handful of minor, from blood products in 26 years of nursing, including ICU post op major surgery and hearts, and ED. Considering the options, I would have no issues with a blood transfusion.)

and I have family who work in hospitals and blood treatment areas and they would not touch a vaccine with your hands
